Susanne Maidment will be sharing an evening with us on the Natural History of Hummingbirds and how to band them.
Since 2006 Susanne has been banding hummingbirds. She states: “Wow, to hold a wild, healthy hummingbird is an honour! It is a thrill to watch them fly away, with a new band on their leg. Hummingbirds really are the flying jewels of our world”
