Join us for a RDRN Nature Central Snowshoeing & Winter Hike Sunday, January 25, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. for a winter adventure at Kelly Ranches, a Nature Conservancy of Canada protected area located about 40 km east of Red Deer.
The property features beautiful aspen parkland, meadows and wetlands, perfect for exploring in the snow.
Whether we snowshoe (bring your own snowshoes) or take a winter walk will depend on Mother Nature, but either way, you’ll enjoy fresh air and beautiful scenery. If time allows, we’ll make a short stop at a nearby protected area to observe minnows in open water.

Be sure to dress warmly for winter conditions, bring water and an energy snack. Poles if you have them.
No Membership Required: This event is open to all – no membership to RDRN is necessary.
