Welcome to our 2022 summer team! We would like to welcome Graeme Gissing and Dr. Natalia Lifshitz to Nature Central. Graeme is our Education and Program Coordinator while Natalia is our Naturalist In Residence. They will be busy over the summer, visiting and promoting the protected areas in Central Alberta, and planning and leading educational tours and programs. Welcome also to our RDRN/NC Liaison Joey Temple.

Several RDRN board members and friends gathered together on Saturday, August 21, 2021 to enjoy a potluck dinner and thank Shaye Hill and Sherry Scheunert for a successful first year of Nature Central. Our thanks to Shaye and Sherry for their hard work this summer to launch this innovative and exciting program! Nature Central had 10 Nature Walks and 10 events from June 12th to August 21, 2021.

Red Deer River Naturalists is pleased to announce the Nature Central Program Launch!
The Nature Central team met May 3, 2021 to officially launch the Nature Central: Celebrating Our Wild Alberta Parklands program.
