DESCRIPTION:Join us for a RDRN/Nature Central Snowshoeing & Winter Hike Sunday\, February 22\, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. for a winter adventure at Stonhouse\, a Conservation Site protected area located 35 km east of Red Deer and 3 km north of Pine Lake. \nThe property features rolling hills\, open meadows and wetlands\, perfect for exploring in the snow. \nWhether we snowshoe (bring your own snowshoes) or take a winter walk will depend on Mother Nature\, but either way\, you’ll enjoy fresh air and beautiful scenery.  \nSpaces are limited\, so email nir.rdrn.nature@gmail.com to register and receive directions! \nBe sure to dress warmly for winter conditions\, wear sturdy foot-ware\, bring water and an energy snack. Poles if you have them. \nNo Membership Required. This event is open to all. \nNote: Events are subject to cancellation due to weather conditions and other factors.
