SUMMARY:RDRN/Nature Central Guided Nature Walk
DESCRIPTION:Join RDRN/Nature Central for a guided walk at the H.G. Lawrence Conservation Property on Pine Lake — a conservation area normally closed to the public\, opened exclusively for this event.\nA Nature Conservancy Canada (NCC) representative will lead the walk in collaboration with Nature Central\, sharing insights into the ongoing forest restoration project. Enjoy light–moderate walking while observing winter ecology and wildlife tracks. Carry water and an energy snack. Dress in layers and wear sturdy hiking footwear\, water resistant and with ice cleats as required by the conditions. You could also use snowshoes. Trails are on rough terrain. Distances vary\, but may be up to 5 kms.\nWhen: Sunday December 14\, 2025\nLimited spots (15–20 participants) — advance registration required!\nTo register for this event\, please email Abbey at: nir.rdrn.nature@gmail.com. Directions and time will be provided upon registration. Carpooling is encouraged due to limited parking.
